I lead product experience for a flagship telehealth client in women's reproductive care. Starting from zero, I shaped the product from discovery to launch in just four months (one month research and design, three months of custom development), resulting in an MVP now serving thousands of Seekers monthly. A truly wild timeline. As sole design and product lead, I own strategy, UX, product management, and client services. The platform connects Seekers to abortion medication or in-person care through detailed intake and real-time provider integrations. On the receiving end, Clinicians manage prescriptions and fulfillment through secure operational interfaces. Every touchpoint was designed with privacy as a first principle: highly encrypted, compliant, and built to protect deeply personal data where trust is non-negotiable.
