Accredited Knowledge Base

I partnered with the CEO and CTO to shape an invite-only knowledge platform connecting Caregivers and Clinicians of neurodiverse individuals, designed as a credible alternative to fragmented searches across Google and LLMs. The product centers on accredited, Clinician-authored content (articles, videos, and courses) giving Caregivers confidence in the information they consume while enabling Clinicians to create sustainable, revenue-generating educational offerings. Alongside the knowledge base, the platform fosters community through social, feed-based interactions where Caregivers can share experiences, join groups, and connect with others navigating similar journeys. Inheriting early research-light wireframes from an offshore team, I led a significant reset of the product experience. I stripped away unnecessary complexity, redefined core flows, and established a cohesive high-fidelity UI and component library aligned with the platform's mission of trust, clarity, and care. The result is a focused foundation for a private beta, built to scale thoughtfully before public release with clear paths for content creation, community engagement, and monetization.
